This bead necklace connects beads produced by NORTH WORKS with woven waxed cord. The charms are double-sided, three-dimensional stars made of silver-plated brass; Red (colour 64) combines old white hearts with Czech bohemian cut beads; Sax (colour 65) and Blue (colour 24) use indigo shell beads dyed using a traditional technique that has been used since the Edo period.
